All persons who need to enter the expo area to build stands or work on stands on expo days must show a personal access at the checkpoint. Without an accees badge it is not possible to access the exhibition area. Access badges will be checked throughout the exhibition period from the first build-up day to the last dismantling day.
The access badges are ONLY for the staff working on the stand. All expo guests - including guests from the exhibitor's own company, who do not work on the stand - must register and print their personal guest badge at the expos websites. The guest can also print a ticket at the entrance to the expo.
The exhibitor is required to staff his stand on all expo days.
You enter and print your access cards from home, so you can show it to the stewards arriving to the expo area and entrances.
You can print access cards until the dismantling closes - see all deadlines
The access cards are valid on these days in January 2021:

As shown, the exhibitor badges applies on construction days as well as on dismantling days. So, you can settle for a exhibitor badge if you have to build up stand AND work on the stand on expo days.
For safety reasons, anyone who helps during construction and/or dismantling must carry a work identity badge.
For each stand number, you can print 10 pieces of work identity badges.
Everyone who staffs and works on the stand on expo days must have a exhibitor badge.
