Technical orders are the purchases or rental of goods and services, and they are handled by Technical Service. Technical orders can also be clarification and placement of items that are included in the stand, and thus the order must be entered on the statement. This may include cleaning of the stand, electrical items, hand tools, furniture rental, decorative items and paintings, etc.
You make technical orders through the fair shop or directly by telephone or e-mail to Technical Service.
You find the office of Technical Service between Hall D and Hall E.
Each stand number will receive 1 credit card, which can be used in all MCH's restaurants as well as in Technical Service. It is not possible to buy on credit without this card.
The card is issued automatically to all exhibitors, and it will be sent to you approx. 1 week before the first day of construction.
Please notice: The credit card cannot be used until the first official day of construction.
In all MCH's restaurants, the service facilities are equipped with a barcode scanner, where you swipe your card. All exhibitors, who make purchases in the restaurant, will get a receipt, and the purchases will then be included on your final invoice after the fair.
If you wish to order additional cards, this can be done by sending an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
In addition to a regular electrical installation etc., you can also order 24 hour power. This means, that the induction of electricity will not be switched off after the fair's daily opening hours. This might be relevant if you have connections (sockets and the like) to machines, robots, copying machines etc., that for functional reasons need to be in permanent operation. 24 hour power is only supplied for the power outlets (sockets and the like) to which the relevant systems are connected, and not to for instance lighting and secondary sockets.
