DISTRIBUTION TO OTHER STANDS

You can buy a distribution of your sales and marketing material - i.e. newspapers, journals, brochures and the like - to the other stands at Agromek.

All other distribution to other stands or in the walking areas are NOT allowed.

DISTRIBUTION

The material is distributed to all stands. If you have special requests, this must be cleared and informed to Team Agromek no later than 4 November. The deadline for ordering is also 4 November.

Price: per distribution (i.e. per day) is DKK 3,500.00 excluding VAT. Invoiced after the expo.

LABELING THE MATERIAL

To ensure that your material arrives at the right place and at the right time, here are a few important factors regarding the labeling your material:

Material sent to Agromek prior to the expo:

Note (primarily the media): There is a night guard during the expo who will receive any deliveries outside the regular opening hours. The night guard must be contacted on phone +45 99 26 98 79 at arrival.

You bring the material yourselves

Smaller packages can be delivered at the Organisers Office and is to be marked with:

• Company and stand number
• Distribution at Agromek
• Day of distribution

Larger packages must be delivered to the warehouse: See the address in the column on the left.
