INVITE YOUR CUSTOMERS

We put a lot of effort into creating strong campaigns to market the expo. However, majority of visitors will visit the expo based on a personal invitation from you as an exhibitor. Hence, we encourage you to send invitations to the customers and business partners you want to see at the exhibition. 

INVITATION CODES

By using your 500 unique invitation codes, which are generated for all exhibitors at the expo, you have the opportunity to pay for your customers' entrance ticket so they can enter Agromek 2024 for free. 

The visitor enters the invitation code when registering on the Agromek website in our ticketing system, so the entrance ticket costs nothing for your guest. It is also possible to register in the ticket system and use the code at the door. However, there may be a waiting time, so we encourage to do this from home and bring a printed ticket. 

Invitation codes that are linked to your stand number and scanned at the entrance to Agromek 2024 will be invoiced to you after the expo.
Invitation codes that are not registered at the entrance will not cost you anything.

500 UNIQUE INVITATION CODES

A unique invitation code with monitoring: 

1. A unique invitation code starting with AGRO(autogenerated number)-(4 signs) 
2. You have 500
3. 1 code = 1 free ticket
4. High level of control. You can control who you send it to and also follow up whether they have used it in our ticketing system.  
5. You get your unique codes in a spreadsheet that you download, and then you can note in the spreadsheet who you have given the codes to.
6. You pay DKK 56 ex VAT per invitation code used on a scanned ticket.

If you wish to monitor and follow up on who has used your invitation and your code, you can download a spreadsheet with the codes by clicking on the link below. You can then register in the spreadsheet whom you have handed out the codes.

1 GENERAL INVITATION CODE

If you find the unique invitation codes too cumbersome, we can also create a general invitation code of e.g. 500 tickets. The code can trigger a maximum of 20 tickets per purchase session. 

However, this also means that you lose control, as everyone who receives the invitation code can use it in the system until the 500 tickets are taken. With the unique invitation codes, only one ticket can be retrieved per code. 

If you want a general invitation code, please write an email to agromek@agromek.dk. Please specify if you have any wishes for what the invitation code should be called. If you do not specify a number, the invitation code will be created for 500 tickets. 

You pay DKK 56 ex VAT per time the invitation code is used on a scanned ticket.
