LIABILITY & INSURANCE
All equipment and fixtures rented or borrowed through MCH A/S are kept insured by MCH A/S. The exhibitor's own equipment and goods are usually not insured during transport to and from the fair as well as during the fair. We therefore recommend exhibitors to take out insurance on transport and exhibition items - covering fire, theft, water damage, etc.
The exhibitor is liable to any personal injury or material damage that may be caused by the exhibitor, exhibitor’s staff or exhibition material. The exhibited objects are at the exhibitor’s own expense and risk. The exhibitor is advised to provide necessary insurance – covering fire, theft and water damage, etc.
