Mark the technical installations, you wish to purchase, on the stand sketch. This applies to for instance power supply and sockets. Please state the name, address and phone number of the architect or decorator, that is responsible for the construction of your stand.
Additional technical orders must be ordered through our Expo Shop.

The last day of construction, Monday 28 November, and during the expo between 7.00-8.30, unloading may only last for a maximum of 1½ hour. A security deposit of DKK 500 (70 euro) will be charged at arrival. Security deposit will be refunded if the unloading is done within 1½ hour.
All goods must be unloaded on the stand.

The goods must be delivered directly to the stand. If the driver does not have the opportunity to unload the goods, please contact Sand Spedition
In addition, you can also order your freight, forklift service or packaging storage directly with Sand Spedition.
In order to facilitate a smooth construction of stands, it is very important that larger exhibition objects are in place at your stand as early as possible.
In case that you are exhibiting large objects, where a truck or other transport equipment are needed to place the objects at your stand, please notify Kim Lauridsen.
It is, however, only necessary to contact MCH, if your exhibition object exceeds a height or width of three meters.
All MCH's indoor areas are provided with free wireless internet access. There are two networks. The difference between those two networks is the speed. Exhibitors can achieve a higher speed by logging in.

Exhibitors’ wireless network provides speed up to 8 Mbit. Internet access with higher speed as well as wired internet connection can be ordered in our Expo Shop.

During the expo, exhibitor login can be obtained at the Organiser's Office or in the Technical Service. Login is only valid during Agromek.
Each hall have a responsible hall manager, who wil gladly help you with any technical and practical matters.
There is a hall manager office in each hall. In case that the hall manager is not at the office, you can use the telephone outside the office. There is a list of numbers of the relevant services right next to the phone. You can also write a message on the pad of paper outside the office. Remember to write your company name and stand number and the hall manager will contact you shortly after.
For fire-safety reasons, all carpets that are laid on the stands must be approved to Danish Standard Class G.
You can order different types of carpets for your stand and these can be rented or purchased via our Expo Shop.
Playing live music, solo performances or background music (radio, cd, TV, video etc.) on your stand, requires your awareness of the rules for the payment of Koda and Gramex fees.

If you are using foreign companies/staff to the construction of your stand, please remember to remind the foreign companies/staff to register in "RUT – The Register of Foreign Service Providers".
The Register of Foreign Service Providers (RUT) is the Danish government's official register to report a foreign service. Foreign service providers (employees and self-employed) working in Denmark must register in RUT.
In proportion to the exhibition, RUT must be completed, if you use foreign labor to construct your stand. The exhibitor, construction company or private person for whom the work is carried out that must be stated in RUT as the employer in connection with the notification (and not MCH A/S).
MCH does hereby notify that MCH has no obligations in this aspect. The link below goes to the website of The Danish Working Environment Authority (WEA) about RUT.
