TECHNICAL ORDERS

Have you considered what you will be needing during the expo? For instance power supply and furniture, among other things? Here in the Exhibitor Manual you can place technical orders in the Expo Shop and find your stand sketch.

Technical orders are a purchase or hire of goods and services and are managed by Technical Service Center.

We have gathered everything you need for your stand in our Expo Shop, ranging from electrical installations to catering. See the various options and order the items you need step by step in our Expo Shop.

In our Expo Shop you are able to request technical orders and catering, for example:

• Electrical installations
• VVS installations
• Furniture and inventory
• Cleaning of your stand
• Catering – guests: Fruit and beverage
• Catering – staff: Meal boxes and meal tickets

STAND SKETCH

On your stand sketch, you must mark the exact placement of your technical orders, such as power outlets, tables, wired internet, etc.

You must submit your stand sketch to Technical Service.

ACQUISITIONS

We offer a variety of products and services for your expo participation, such as cables, paint as well as complete catering solutions for your guests and staff.

EXAMPLES OF ACQUISITIONS:

Forklift service

Goods will be delivered directly to your stand. In case that the driver needs help regarding the unloading of goods, please contact Sand Spedition by phone +45 9714 5100. You can also order a forklift service directly at lv@sandspedition.dk.

Electrical installations –
24-hour power

In addition to a regular electrical installation etc., you can also order 24-hour power. This means, that the induction of electricity will not be switched off after the fair's daily opening hours. This might be relevant if you have connections (sockets and the like) to machines, robots, copying machines etc., that for functional reasons need to be in permanent operation. 24-hour power is only supplied for the power outlets (sockets and the like) to which the relevant systems are connected, and not to for instance lighting and secondary sockets.

Copy & Print

You can buy copies and print in Technical Service. Please send the material you wish to print by email. We avoid external USB-keys in our computers.

AV EQUIPMENT & SOLUTIONS

MCH cooperates with ProShop Europe regarding AV equipment, AV solutions, light bridges, lamps, etc. for your stand.

SIGNS

MCH cooperates with AR Skilte, who produces signs, roll-ups, foil, etc. for your stand.

REFRIGERATOR & FREEZER

We do not rent out cooling and freezing elements etc. Instead, we refer you to KPA. You order directly via KPA's website and they deliver directly to your stand. After the trade fair, the elements will be included in the total invoicing.
