Agromek will be visited by a number of international visitors. We have compiled a list of the groups, including their areas of interest and their contact person.
This way you as an exhibitor have the opportunity to get an overview in advance and possibly plan a visit to your stand if there is a match.
The overview will be updated as we are notified of areas of interest and agreement to share the information.
TRAVEL PACKAGE
In connection with Agromek 2024, we are offering exhibitors the unique opportunity to nominate current and potential international customers and business partners as guest topics for Agromek's favourable Travel Package, which costs only 150 euros per guest.
Travel Package includes:
- Transport between the fair and Billund Airport/Midtjyllands Airport - or transport from Herning Station in case of arrival by train/bus - and transport between the hotel and the fair.
- Admission ticket to Agromek
- Two nights' accommodation near Herning incl. breakfast (three nights for overseas guests)
- Dinner and participation in Agromek's international Evening Dinner with 1,000 guests on Tuesday 26 November 2024
The guest can choose between the following two periods:
- 25-27 November 2024
- 26-28 November 2024
Nomination of guest topics is done via our partner OrgaNicer. You get a user/login to their system where you can enter the information on the guest topics. Alternatively, you can also send a list with the information to OrgaNicer, who will then offer to enter the information if you send your guest topics before 1 September. If Agromek approves the guest topics, we will send them an invitation. You can nominate two people from each company you want to invite from. Your own suppliers, employees, subsidiaries, etc. cannot be invited.
It's super easy. As soon as you as an exhibitor have nominated the guest topics, the rest is actually done automatically via our partner OrgaNicer.
So don't hesitate to reach out to OrgaNicer if you have guest topics you want to nominate. It's free of charge. The 150 euro fee is paid by the guest.
Please note that as an exhibitor, you are obliged to inform your nominated guests that you are passing on their personal data to OrgaNicer.
