Everyone entering the expo area, whether to construct stands or work on stands during the expo must show a personal access pass. Without an access pass it is not possible to access the exhibition area. Access pass will be checked throughout the exhibition period from the first build-up day to the last dismantling day.
The access passes are ONLY for the staff working on the stand. All expo visitors – including visitors from the exhibitor's own company, who do not work on the stand – must register and print their personal visitor pass at the expo’s websites. It is also possible to print a visitor pass at the entrance to the expo.
As an exhibitor you are obliged to ensure staffing at your stand throughout the entire expo.
You can submit and print your access passes from home. Access passes, including exhibitor pass, work passes, and visitor passes must upon arrival to the expo be shown to the stewards.
You can print access passes until the dismantling closes.
WORK PASS
For safety reasons, everyone working with and during construction and/or dismantling must hold a work pass.
The Work Pass:

is personal (with first name, family name and company name).

must be shown to the steward at the check-point at arrival to the expo area.

must be shown on request in the halls.

applies ONLY during construction and dismantling. During the expo, exhibitor staff must carry valid Exhibitor Pass.
Each stand number is provided with 10 work identity passes.
EXHIBITOR PASS
Everyone who staffs and works on the stand during the expo must hold an exhibitor pass.
The Exhibitor Pass:

is personal with your first name, family name and company name.

must be shown to the steward at the check-in at the arrival to the expo area.

must be shown on request.

has a unique bar code which is scanned at the entrances.

is ONLY for the staff working on the stand during the expo.
Each stand number is provided with 10 exhibitor passes.
ACCESS PASS VALIDITY
The exhibitor passes can be used on construction days as well as on dismantling days. Which means that you can use Exhibitor Pass both during the construction period AND for work on the stand during the expo.
The access passes are valid as follows in November to December 2024:
