EXPO STAFF
As an exhibitor you are obliged to ensure staffing on your stand throughout the entire expo. Hence, it is advisable to make some preparations in advance and before the expo, leaving you plenty of time and energy to focus on your stand and on your customers and guests during the expo.
Stand staff include staff constructing and dismantling the stand, as well as the staff representing your stand and company during the expo.
PREPARATION
- Accommodation: Book rooms early; they are in great demand. See the available options at our partner OrgaNicer.
- Work Identity Pass: For construction and dismantling staff and alike. Can be ordered and printed from home.
- Exhibitor Pass: For stand staff. Can be ordered and printed from home.
- Parking: Assess parking and transport options.
- Catering: Will you be eating at the stand? Or would you prefer eating in turns at the exhibitor restaurant?
