STAFF CATERING: CONSTRUCTION, EXPO & DISMANTLING

Below you find an overview of options for catering during construction, expo days and dismantling.

CORNER BISTRO | WEST ENTRANCE

During the construction and dismantling periods as well as on the fair days, Corner Bistro is open for catering. You find Corner Bistro at Entrance West, and the menu consists of various meals such as today's dishes, sandwiches, salad bar, bread and various beverages.

THE EXHIBITOR RESTAURANT | HALL F

The exhibitor restaurant is exclusively for exhibitor staff. Selection of hot and cold dishes.

MEAL TICKETS

Meal tickets can only be used in Hall F Exhibitor Restaurant. A meal ticket provides all you can eat from the buffet in the Exhibitor Restaurant in Hall F. You can order meal tickets via our Expo Shop. Deadline for ordering meal tickets is Friday 22 November. Ordered meal tickets can be picked up at the Organisers Office (Entrance West) from Monday 25 November at 14:00.

Meal Tickets will be billed after the expo together with your other purchases. Unused meal tickets can be returned and refunded at the Organisers Office.

The Exhibitor Restaurant is open during the expo between 11:30 - 15:30 + Wednesday evening 17:00 - 19:30.

Deadline: Sunday 24 November at 12:00 noon.

PACKED LUNCH SERVICE

Packed Lunch Service can be order in the Expo Shop. Delivered on your stand between 11:30 - 13:00 during the expo.

STAND SERVICE | BEVERAGE & SNACKS

Order beverage and snacks for guests and staff on the stand. Delivered on your stand. Fill out the order form and send it to restauranten@mch.dk.

NEED COFFEE..?

There are several options:

1. You can bring your own coffee machine, coffee powder, thermos, mugs/cups, sugar and cream/milk. You can also rent a coffee machine in the Expo Shop.

2. You can bring your own thermos, mugs/cups, sugar and cream/milk. You can go to Corner Bistro or other MCH restaurants that sell coffee and continuously refill the thermos jugs with coffee, DKK 65,- per litre. Pay by credit card.

3. In Corner Bistro you can buy a thermos, which is then your own. Refill the thermos jug as you go Corner Bistro or from other MCH restaurants for DKK 65 per litre. 

4. You can pre-order a 5-litre coffee tower by calling or writing to the Restaurant. A coffee tower with 5 litres of coffee costs DKK 295,- including mug, milk and sugar. For refills, please call the Restaurant.

5. If you need a different coffee solution, e.g. Nespresso, please contact the Restaurant for special offers.

DISMANTLING MEAL BOX

Delivered on the stand just before the expo closes Friday 29 November at 17:00.

Deadline for ordering: Sunday 24 November at 12:00 noon.
